So much of the time, we’re taught humility and self-effacement are the way we should behave. It’s portrayed as the norm we should all strive for. Whole philosophies have been founded on the concept.
I say that’s all bunk.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with feeling good about yourself and your world – nor with legitimately tooting your own horn if you want to (and are not insufferable about it).
So go out there today and proclaim to the world that –
“I exist! I’m alive! My life is great and worthwhile!“
